Try Your Full Look On Before Your Wedding Day
The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is if your entire look works... from your hair, makeup, accessories, dress and shoes! So do yourself a favour and try it all on before your big day, so you have time to make any changes if need be.
Get Enough Sleep
This is a MUST! Your wedding will be a very long day, so you need all the beauty sleep you can get. It's always great to get a good night's rest the day before your wedding, but getting 8 hours of sleep a night your entire wedding week will do your body and mind good.
Stay Hydrated
Drinking water on your wedding day and keeping hydrated will keep your energy up and give your skin a glow. Sounds like a win-win situation to me!
Eat Breakfast... and Make it a Healthy One!
Eating a healthy breakfast full of protein, healthy carbs, fruits & veggies will give you the energy you need to start your day off right and help you last until the end of the night! A quick and easy option is a protein smoothie or you can go for an omelette with yogurt and fruit on the side.
Pack Snacks
Your wedding day will be super busy and some couples may not even have the chance to sit-down and enjoy their meal at their reception (which I think is a must but that's for another post). Your day is full of photos, enjoying the moment, chatting with guests and dancing the night away, so packing a few healthy snacks will avoid the risk of not eating all day.
These are just some tips to help you look and feel your best, BUT the most important thing is to 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 because your wedding day really does fly by!
